Description

Spraying Machine for profile strips make Cefla / Falcioni type Profispray

The machine is completely rebuilt.

Inclusive 4 new Airmix spraying heads make Wagner type GA3000
AC IC and a pump make Kremlin 16-120.

The machine is equipped with a thru feed conveyor belt and rolls in the spraying section.

Standard spraying width is 240 mm, extendable up to 300 mm on demand.
Thru feed speed 20-100 m/min.
In order to minimize overspray the parts are scanned.
Inclusive lacquer reclaiming basin.
The machine has an exhaust fan with filter of 4500 m³/h to guide overspray in the filter.

Suitable for lacquers and stains.
