Item 2:
Portal Stacker with horizontal Turning Device
The basic construction of the portal stacker consists of two lateral columns and the lay on travelling beams.
The portal carriage moves sideways on running tracks installed inside the traveling beams.
The end pieces of the portal columns carry the travelling gear drive and the guiding station for the toothed belt of the travelling carriage.
The carriage consists of a frame supported via running rollers at the guide rails within the travelling beams.
The carriage receives all brackets/mountings and connections for the lifting column and the side duct compressor.
The lifting system flanged to the carriage is equipped with a turning device at its lower end and allows to turn the parts lengthwise and crosswise or vice versa.
Underneath the turning device a traverse is installed carrying the suction cross beams with the bellow suction cups which will be provided through a hose / tube system with the vacuum generated by the side duct compressor carried along with the carriage.

Roller Conveyor with latereral Alignment
The fundamental construction of the roller conveyor consists of a rigid welded
frame made out of rectangular steel bars with adjustable feet for variable infeed height of +75/-25 mm.
Support roller diameter 90 mm standard incl. PVC coating, 5 mm thick.
Rollers equipped with chain sprockets 5/8”x3/8”.
Tangential chain driven through frequency converted geared motor fitted within the lower area of the basic frame.
The guiding chain runs in synthetic sliding rails across the length of the roller conveyor.
The tensioning of the chain is possible through regulating screws at the motor mounting.
The tangential chain drive from motor is completely covered with a protective sheathing.
